Provides patients with information on applying for financial assistance. Provides specific channel for patients and families to obtain information about needed healthcare services; serves as a system liaison between the patient, physician and social work; coordinates resources on behalf of a patient's individualized treatment. Qualifications Education H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required Associate's Degree Preferred Work Experience 2 years healthcare or related experience in a position requiring interaction with multiple departments Required 2 years Rev Cycle experience Preferred Patient rep experience
