The Care Manager will play a key role in overseeing caregiver staff, coordinating client care, and managing daily scheduling operations to ensure clients receive exceptional in-home care services. Responsibilities include managing caregiver schedules and shift coverage, supervising and supporting caregivers, conducting client assessments, maintaining care plans, coordinating services with families, handling staffing needs, and ensuring all services meet HomeWell standards and state regulations. This position requires strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Experience in home care, healthcare, case management, staffing, or senior services preferred Experience managing caregivers or healthcare staff preferred Strong scheduling, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and handle urgent staffing situations Compassionate, professional, and service-oriented mindset
