Director of Clinical Services H2 Homecare - 4.7 Atlanta, GA Job Details Full-time 15 hours ago Qualifications Home care experience Home health care assistance RN License Task prioritization Home health agency experience Full Job Description H2 Homecare is an Atlanta based pediatric homecare company looking for a dedicated and experienced Director of Clinical Services to oversee and guide our clinical team and patient care services. This leadership position is responsible for ensuring patients receive outstanding care while maintaining compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards and supporting the overall success of daily operations. The ideal candidate is an organized and compassionate nursing leader with previous home care experience, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to both clinical excellence and staff development. This role is essential in fostering a positive culture for both patients and employees while helping drive the continued growth of the organization. Responsibilities Conduct monthly in-home patient visits to assess care needs and ensure quality of care Coordinate and oversee patient care plans in collaboration with caregivers, physicians, and families Provide clinical supervision and support to nursing staff and caregivers Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and clinical standards Manage patient admissions, care updates, and ongoing clinical documentation Serve as a resource for patients, families, and staff regarding clinical concerns Assist with scheduling, staffing, and overall care coordination as needed Qualifications Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of 2 years of home care experience required Previous management or leadership experience required Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care Benefits Competitive salary Flexible scheduling Supportive team environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives
