Job Description

Patient Coordinator Atlanta, GA 30331 $15 an hour - Part-time $15 an hour - Part-time Patient Coordinator (Part-Time) The Joint Chiropractic The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Patient Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for patients, you will help create a positive experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy chiropractic office. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you are reliable, organized, and enjoy helping others, we'd love to hear from you.
Part-Time:
25-28 hours per week Weekend availability required
Pay:
$15 per hour Responsibilities Welcome and check in patients Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries Schedule and confirm appointments Process payments and membership transactions Explain membership options and wellness plans to patients Follow up on patient account balances and collections Maintain accurate patient information in office systems Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and professional Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors Qualifications Customer service experience required Previous reception, front desk, medical office, retail, hospitality, fitness, or chiropractic experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable discussing payments, memberships, and account balances Basic computer skills and ability to learn office software Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and punctuality What We're Looking For Friendly and professional demeanor Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable and team-oriented Comfortable interacting with patients of all ages Ability to stay organized and composed during busy periods Benefits Consistent weekly schedule Positive and supportive team environment Opportunity to grow within a healthcare setting To apply, please submit your resume and tell us why you'd be a great fit for our team.
