Job Description Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements Oversee procurement, subcontracts, and material delivery timelines Monitor project costs and manage change orders Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to keep projects on track Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
