This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, enjoys working closely with patients, and takes pride in providing an exceptional experience from start to finish. Our patients expect a high level of care, communication, and attention to detail. We are looking for someone who naturally notices the small things, follows through consistently, and understands the importance of professionalism and hospitality in a surgical setting. Responsibilities Coordinate surgical scheduling and related appointments Communicate with patients regarding surgery preparation, pricing, scheduling, and follow-up Provide a high-touch, concierge-style patient experience Work closely with physicians, clinical staff, and vendors to ensure seamless coordination Maintain accurate documentation and scheduling details Assist with collecting necessary medical clearances and paperwork Handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and compassion Help keep schedules and workflows organized and running smoothly Qualifications Outstanding customer service and communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and demeanor Strong computer and phone skills Experience in a medical office preferred Knowledge of insurance prior authorization/precertification is a plus Experience in cosmetic surgery, plastic surgery, ENT, dermatology, or another specialty practice is helpful but not required We are looking for someone who is: Warm and professional with patients Highly dependable Organized and detail-oriented Calm and composed when managing multiple responsibilities Proactive and solutions-oriented Committed to creating an outstanding patient experience Please submit your resume along with a brief description of why you would be a good fit for this position.
