We specialize in one on one care for medically fragile children, allowing them to receive high quality, consistent care in the comfort of their homes. Our growth is built through strong relationships with healthcare providers, families, case managers, schools, and community partners throughout the CSRA. The Role Build Relationships Drive Growth Make an Impact We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and organized Healthcare Outreach Coordinator to help grow our referral network and community presence across the CSRA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building meaningful relationships, staying organized, and helping children and families access care. This position also supports recruiting and staffing efforts for nurses and caregivers. Schedule Monday through Thursday Four days per week Schedule and responsibilities may vary weekly based on company needs, outreach opportunities, staffing priorities, and community events. Occasional weekday afternoons, evenings, and weekends may be required for networking events, marketing events, hiring events, and community outreach opportunities. Key Responsibilities Visit pediatric clinics, hospitals, therapy centers, schools, and community partners Deliver marketing materials and branded baskets Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and case managers Assist with lunch and learns, marketing events, and community outreach initiatives Track outreach activity, follow ups, and contacts consistently Follow up with referral sources to help convert relationships into admissions Assist with recruiting nurses, CNAs, PCAs, and caregivers Support staffing coordination and communication for open cases Assist with interviewing, onboarding support, and hiring follow ups Help maintain strong relationships with field staff and caregivers Assist with outreach, staffing, and operational support as company needs change week to week Daily Expectations Consistent outreach and relationship building Timely follow ups with referral sources and applicants Strong communication and organization Accurate tracking of outreach efforts and recruiting activity Professional representation of Gentle Care Home Services in the community Compensation $20-$21 per hour based on experience $0.70 per mile mileage reimbursement $200 bonus per patient admission $100 retention bonus for each nurse or CNA hired and retained for 45 days Additional performance bonuses available based on outreach growth and recruiting success Employment Type W2 employee position Benefits 401k eligibility available What Success Looks Like Consistent relationship building and follow ups Increased patient admissions through outreach efforts Strong communication with referral sources and community partners Helping maintain strong staffing pipelines for nurses and caregivers Dependability, professionalism, and strong organizational skills Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Self motivated, organized, and reliable Comfortable working independently in the field Reliable transportation required Experience in staffing and marketing is required Healthcare, recruiting, or sales experience preferred Must be professional, personable, and comfortable networking in healthcare settings Why Join Gentle Care Direct impact helping children receive care at home Performance based bonus opportunities Supportive and growth focused team environment Clear systems and structure for success Opportunity to grow into leadership and operations roles Apply Today If you enjoy building relationships, staying organized, and being part of a growing healthcare company, we would love to meet you.
