Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail dedicated Clinical Foster Care Program Director to lead and oversee our foster care ministry. In this pivotal role, you will drive program development, manage a team of professionals, and foster strong relationships with community partners, families, and stakeholders. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of high-quality services that promote positive outcomes, safety, permanency, and well-being for those we serve. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of vulnerable individuals while managing a dynamic program in a fast-paced environment. Duties Lead the planning, development, and implementation of clinical foster care programs tailored to children and families who have experienced complex trauma. Supervise and support a team of social workers, case managers, and administrative staff to ensure program goals are met effectively. Manage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure compliance with funding requirements and regulatory standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with community agencies, healthcare providers, families, and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery. Oversee case management processes, ensuring individualized care plans are developed and executed with fidelity. Coordinate staff training on behavioral health strategies, trauma-informed care, and best practices in foster care. Monitor program performance through data analysis and quality assurance measures to continuously improve service quality. Qualifications Proven management experience with a track record of leading multidisciplinary teams in social services or related fields. Strong background in program development and management within behavioral health or social work settings. Experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs. Excellent relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with families, community partners, and internal teams. Demonstrated administrative expertise including budgeting, compliance monitoring, and reporting requirements. Supervisory experience overseeing staff performance, training initiatives, and team development. Knowledge of social work principles, trauma-informed care practices, and behavioral health interventions. Pay:
$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
