Role:
We're looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for our patients and ensure our clinic runs smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a healing environment, and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Talking on the phone with patients and educating them on how we can help them Greet and check in patients, creating a welcoming and professional environment Schedule and confirm appointments Social Media content creation and generating e-mail/educational content Maintain organization of the clinic Communicate with patients about upcoming visits, paperwork, and follow-up care Support the clinic team with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
No formal qualifications necessary.

Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Prior experience in a medical office or administrative role preferred (but not required) Comfort with discussing intimate details and discussing finances/cost with patients A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Why Join Us? Hours:
Must be able to work onsite. Part-Time Hours starting at 16 hours (2 days per week). Wednesday 8am - 4pm, Friday 8am - 4pm
