PATIENT SERVICES MANAGER
•COLUMBUS, GA Schedule:
5-day work week, alternating weekends, very few late nights 60•75K (depending on experience)Benefits:

As a Patient Services Manager , you'll lead a team focused on delivering high-quality meal service to patients in an acute care hospital setting . This is a rewarding opportunity for leaders from the restaurant or hospitality industry who want to make a difference through compassionate service, operational excellence, and team development — all while enjoying stable hours and career growth in the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities Lead the patient services team to ensure timely, accurate, and caring meal delivery. Oversee menu implementation based on patient needs, diet orders, and physician direction. Recruit, train, and develop team members to provide outstanding service and support. Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and modified diets while honoring patient preferences. Support and monitor achievement of patient satisfaction goals . Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and accrediting regulations , including HIPAA and patient rights policies. Participate in and lead patient satisfaction programs , department meetings, and hospital-wide quality initiatives. Qualifications Associate's degree with one (1) year of experience in food services or hospitality (restaurant management background strongly encouraged) . Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred. Prior experience in team leadership, customer service, and food operations required. Experience in healthcare food service a plus — training provided for the right hospitality leader. ServSafe® certification preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic technology systems required.Job Type:
