Setting:
Outpatient Surgery Centers Overview We are seeking an OR Nurse Manager to oversee clinical operations across two outpatient surgery centers in the Greater Atlanta area. These are lower-volume centers with 2 procedure rooms at each site , offering a great opportunity for a hands-on leader to make a meaningful impact on team performance, patient flow, and overall operations. This is a highly visible, day-to-day leadership role where you'll work closely with physicians and staff to keep cases running smoothly and efficiently. Who We're Open To We are open to nurses from any OR setting. The right fit is someone who aligns with the team's culture, brings a positive attitude, and is excited about growing with the organization long-term. Leadership experience is welcomed, but not required. We are happy to train and develop an up-and-coming OR nurse who is ready to step into a leadership role. What You'll Be Doing Oversee daily operations across both sites, ensuring smooth and efficient case flow. The two sites are never running concurrently. Act as a hands-on leader present on-site each day Coordinate staff, case needs, supplies, and vendor/rep support Partner closely with physicians to troubleshoot needs and improve daily operations Lead infection control efforts, quality metrics, and peer review processes Drive accountability across the team and maintain strong operational standards Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, workflow, and patient experience Team & Structure Small, close-knit team environment Approximately 4-5 total staff members supporting both sites Team members float between locations as needed What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong team player Strategic thinker who can look ahead and solve problems proactively Collaborative leader who works well with physicians and staff Someone who can hold a team accountable while maintaining a supportive culture Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) License BSN required 2+ years of OR experience required Prior leadership experience preferred, but not required Highlights Competitive compensation and full benefits package Supportive, team-oriented environment Willingness to train and develop emerging leaders Opportunity to have a direct, visible impact across two sites
