Job Title -
Position Description:
Coordinator Medical Supply Reports to: Manager Inventory MISSION The Medical Supply Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and maintaining Clinic and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) supply chain in assigned areas to optimize operational efficiency.
OUTCOMES
Secures and deploys medical supplies effectively and efficiently, including but not limited to material transport, ordering and receiving supplies, restocking supply areas, and performing inventory counts. Anticipates supply chain needs and adjusts plans accordingly to meet the operational needs of each Clinic and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), including reviewing schedules for medical supply needs in advance. Actively manages PAR levels for medical supplies, medications, office supplies, and janitorial supplies, while maintaining organized and orderly supply areas Effectively communicates with all departments on backorders, concerns, and pending orders, and takes a proactive approach to solutions with a sense of urgency and positive attitude. Willing to adapt to new responsibilities and shifting demands including, but not limited to, assisting with warehouse inventory counts, equipment repair process, equipment transport and inventory counts, and receiving and organizing supplies and medications at new facilities.

QUALIFICATIONS
Physical Requirements:
Lifting, pushing, pulling and/or carrying 25-50 pounds on a regular basis Walking, bending, kneeling, sitting, standing, and reaching for prolonged periods of time on a regular basis
Basic Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED Previous, Job Relevant Work Experience:
2+ years experience in a warehouse/supply environment 2+ years of experience using an electronic inventory management system
