We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Center Clinical Manager to lead our clinical operations and support a high-performing care team dedicated to delivering an exceptional patient experience. This leadership role is ideal for a healthcare professional who combines strong clinical expertise with a passion for team development, operational excellence, and patient-centered care. As the Center Clinical Manager, you will oversee daily clinical operations, mentor and develop team members, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with physician and operational leaders to drive quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and organizational growth. What You'll Do Lead and Develop Clinical Teams Interview, onboard, coach, and develop Care Promoters, Pharmacy/Medication Technicians, X-Ray Technicians, and other clinical staff. Foster a positive, engaged, and accountable team culture focused on exceptional patient care. Conduct performance evaluations, provide ongoing feedback, and implement development plans to support employee growth and success. Ensure team members are fully trained on clinical workflows, patient experience standards, and organizational policies. Drive Clinical and Operational Excellence Oversee day-to-day clinical operations to ensure efficient workflows and outstanding patient service. Monitor performance indicators including patient experience, wait times, staff engagement, quality outcomes, and operational goals. Collaborate with physicians and leadership teams to improve processes, enhance productivity, and support center growth initiatives. Analyze operational and clinical data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Ensure Quality and Compliance Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and all applicable regulatory requirements. Uphold organizational clinical standards and quality-of-care expectations. Support patient safety initiatives and ensure clinical best practices are consistently followed. Support Patient-Centered Care Serve as a resource and advocate for patients and their families. Partner with care teams to deliver a welcoming, personalized, and high-quality healthcare experience. Step in to provide direct clinical support when needed. Manage Resources and Operations Oversee staffing schedules, timekeeping approvals, and contingency planning for staffing needs. Manage medical equipment and supply inventories to ensure operational readiness. Coordinate preventative maintenance and repair of clinical equipment. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Active and unrestricted Licensed Nurse (RN or LPN, as applicable) or Certified Medical Assistant credential in the state of employment. 3-5 years of clinical healthcare experience. At least 3 years of leadership or management experience in a clinic, hospital, or similarly regulated healthcare environment. Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers. LPN candidates must possess IV Therapy Certification where required by state regulations. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with geriatric populations. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Bilingual skills (Spanish or Creole) are a plus. Skills for Success Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of healthcare operations, compliance, and quality standards. Strong business and clinical decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented, organized, and highly accountable. Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to service excellence.
