Our team specializes in treating eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, self-harm, and other mental health concerns through compassionate, individualized care. As we continue to expand our services, including the recent launch of our Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Adult IOP, we are seeking an experienced and clinically licensed Program Director to provide leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for our clinical programs. About the Role The Program Director is responsible for the overall clinical and operational leadership of Manna Treatment's outpatient and intensive outpatient programs. This individual will oversee clinical quality, staff development, program operations, and client care while helping shape the future growth of the organization. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and oversight for all clinical programming and quality initiatives.
  • Supervise treatment team meetings and ensure high-quality client care.
  • Recruit, supervise, mentor, and develop clinical staff.
  • Maintain compliance with clinical, ethical, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
  • Support utilization review, census development, and program growth.
  • Maintain a small clinical caseload as needed.
  • Build relationships with referral partners and represent Manna in the community.
  • Participate in outreach, networking, and business development activities. Qualifications
  • Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field.
  • Active, unrestricted Georgia licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent).
  • Minimum three years of clinical leadership, management, or supervisory experience.
  • Experience working with adolescents and/or adults in behavioral health settings.
  • Experience with IOP/PHP, or program development preferred. Why Join Manna Treatment?

Pay:
$90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
