Job Description

Dental Treatment Coordinator
  • Southern Oral Surgery Southern Oral Surgery is a busy, patient-focused oral surgery practice looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our front office team.
Located at 874 Lanier Ave. W. #101 Fayetteville, GA 30214. Near Brandywine Blvd in the Prestige Park office complex, just west of downtown Fayetteville and close to Piedmont Fayette Hospital. Easy access from Peachtree City, Newnan, and South Atlanta. What You'll Do Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor Manage patient check-out, including collecting payments Verify dental insurance benefits prior to appointments Accurately present treatment plans and clearly explain patient financial responsibility Schedule and confirm appointments to maintain an efficient, full provider schedule Coordinate referrals and communicate with referring GP offices as needed Maintain accurate patient records in the practice management system What We're Looking For 1+ years of dental or oral surgery front office experience preferred Working knowledge of dental insurance verification (experience with surgical/medical cross-billing a plus) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment Familiarity with practice management software (WinOMS experience a plus) Team player with a positive, patient-first attitude
Compensation:
Hourly pay based on experience (22-24/hr) Full time benefits include medical, vision, dental, disability, uniform allowance, time off Schedule Monday

  • 4:00pm Friday 8:00am
  • 2:00pm No Weekends!
