Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Licensed Therapist to join our growing outpatient detox team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals achieve lasting recovery and is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in the state of practice. Experience in substance use disorder treatment, behavioral health, outpatient services, or inpatient treatment settings preferred. Experience providing individual, group, and family counseling is highly desirable. Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), relapse prevention, and crisis intervention techniques. Strong understanding of addiction, co-occurring mental health disorders, and recovery-oriented care. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and the ability to effectively engage patients in virtual treatment settings. Proficiency in maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, electronic medical records (EMR), treatment planning, and data collection. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with providers, nursing staff, case managers, and other members of the multidisciplinary treatment team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in an outpatient detoxification, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), addiction treatment, or behavioral health setting. Experience working with diverse populations and family systems. Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to behavioral health and substance use treatment.
