Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Training & Development Specialist with a skilled background in healthcare training to drive our learning initiatives and empower our workforce. In this role, you will be the architect of our clinical and administrative onboarding experiences, a strategist for annual compliance, and a champion of innovative learning technologies such as e-learning. You will leverage your industry expertise to partner with leadership and provide hands-on support within our operational teams. We are looking for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are skilled with training new hires and employees in healthcare settings. Select diverse instructional methods tailored to the content, including simulations, mentoring, OJT, and formal professional development. Execute new hire onboarding, managing the end-to-end process from module completion to final knowledge checks. Build a compliance curriculum by assisting in the development of mandated annual training requirements. Identify skill gaps through comprehensive training needs assessments across the organization. Measure program ROI by tracking KPIs and evaluating the overall effectiveness of training initiatives. Drive innovation by researching and implementing modern learning trends like e-learning platforms and gamification. Partner with stakeholders, including HR, department managers, and SMEs, to align training with business goals. Provide cross-functional support by assisting in day-to-day clinical or clerical operations as needed. Act as a communication bridge, offering guidance and professional support to staff at every level of the organization.
