Job Description

We are seeking a professional, high-energy, and detail-oriented Patient Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional patient experience, managing daily clinic operations, and driving practice growth through effective communication and product education. This position will be supporting a large Dermatology practice and will pay up to $19/ hour. If you are interested, please apply!

PMeducation:
High SchoolResponsibilities Answer incoming calls and welcome patients with a professional, friendly demeanor. Qualify the practice during patient inquiries and actively convert phone calls into consultations. Respond to all incoming emails promptly within a 4-hour window. Maintain a working knowledge of all offered treatments and skincare products to confidently educate patients and promote retail sales. Manage patient loyalty and rewards programs, including Allē and Aspire.
Appointment Management:
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently.
Check-In/Check-Out:
Verify and update patient demographics upon arrival; manage the checkout process seamlessly. Collect deposits and payments for services rendered during office visits or at the time of scheduling. Process product purchases through the POS system and perform opening/closing duties, including daily financial reconciliation. Assist with monitoring, physically counting inventory, and shipping skincare products to patients as needed.
