Their services include innovative, non-invasive therapies designed to meet the unique needs of each patient in a supportive clinical environment. As the Patient Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day operations of specialty treatment programs by coordinating patient care, scling services, managing documentation, and serving as a key point of contact throughout the treatment process. This role works closely with providers, clinical staff, and external partners to ensure a positive patient experience, maintainpliance requirements, and support efficient clinical workflows. The ideal candidate isanized, detail-oriented, andfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate patient care and support services throughout the treatment process. Scle appointments, treatments, and follow-up s while managing provider and patient calendars. Verify insurance benefits, obtain prior authorizations, and assist with financial coordination. Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and regulatorypliance requirements. Educate patients on treatment expectations, prores, timelines, and follow-up care. Monitor patient progress andmunicate updates or concerns to the clinical team. Serve as the primary point of contact for patient questions, concerns, and ongoing support. Coordinate with internal teams, pharmacies, and external partners to ensure continuity of care. Track program oues, maintain reports, and support quality improvement initiatives. Assist with workflow coordination and operational support for specialty treatment programs. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical or healthcare setting required. Previous experience with insurance verification, coding, billing, or prior authorizations preferred. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Stronganizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate patient care activities. Excellentmunication and customer service skills with a patient-centered approach. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional manner. Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-through skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment. Willingness toplete additional training and obtain required certifications. Benefits offered by Parker Staffing to
