Social Worker, Licensed Shift:
Full-Time (40 hours per week on average)
Job Hours:
9am to 5pm (flexible hours required)
Base Location:
Lawrenceville, GA.
Division/Department/Program:
Early Treatment Program/ ETP LIGHT Under general supervision, performs psychosocial assessments, treatment planning/monitoring and discharge planning. Provides counseling/therapy to clients requiring complex intervention. Performs commitment determinations and/or executes orders of involuntary commitments. May serve as team leader.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Team billable hours and performance Reporting to DirectorWeekly team meeting (documented). Individual caseload and billable hours; provide therapeutic services and interventions. Customer Service (Internal & external). Crisis response and Professional Judgement. Preventing and addressing failed claims/activities. Updating and maintaining authorizations for each individual enrolled Manage On call rotation and resources.

Complete DBHDD programmatic reports.

Review, respond, assign, authorize, and track incoming referrals.

Attend CEUs, training, and meetings.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in social work and counseling from an accredited college or university AND licensure in the area of assignment AND three (3) years of related experience at the lower level Social Worker, Licensed 3 (HCP052) or position equivalent; OR Master's degree in social work and counseling from an accredited college or university and licensure in the area of assignment and there (3) years of experience in the provision of therapeutic services with which includes one (1) year in a managerial or supervisory role.
Note:
Some position may require licensure in the state of Georgia as an LCSW or LPC.
Preferred Qualifications:
Must be proficient in utilizing a computer and keyboard.

Must be able to complete crisis assessments and 1013s as clinically necessary.

Experience with data entry; Carelogic experience.

Experience with severe and persistence mental illness.
Requirements/Competencies:
Must be able to lift 20 pounds.

Requires long periods of sitting/standing.

Must have valid Georgia drivers license and Motor Vehicle Record in accordance with company policy.

Candidates for selection must pass a criminal background check (including fingerprinting).Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and subject to random drug screens.
