Job Description
Hospice Patient Care Manager (RN) Peachtree Corners, Georgia We re hiring a Hospice Patient Care Manager (RN) in Peachtree Corners, Georgia who wants leadership responsibility, career stability, and the opportunity to guide a high-performing hospice team while making a meaningful impact on patients and families. You ll step into an in-office clinical leadership role focused on managing interdisciplinary hospice services, supporting staff development, and ensuring compliance with hospice regulations. You ll have the autonomy to lead while being supported by an experienced care team. Why this role is compelling
- Monday Friday schedule, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- In-office leadership position
- Shared Administrator On-Call rotation approximately one week per month (phone only)

- You are a Registered Nurse with an active Georgia RN license
- You have 2 3 years of recent hospice experience
- You have strong knowledge of hospice regulations and compliance standards
- You have clinical management experience supervising more than 5 direct reports
- You are comfortable serving as an administrative resource for after-hours clinical teams
- You enjoy coaching and developing clinical staff

- Base salary: $100,000 $112,000
- Annual bonus eligibility
