Job Description

About Us Grace Harbour is a private outpatient mental health practice with staff in Georgia and South Carolina dedicated to enhancing the lives of our clients, strengthening families, and instilling hope in tomorrow. We are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Our team of clinicians have extensive training and experience working with clients of all ages in individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Clinical Supervisor to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve. Under the general direction of the Director of Operations, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for oversight of outpatient and community based services for Grace Harbour. This leadership role is accountable for overall staff experience, clinical quality, and customer satisfaction within the department .
Clinical Quality Activities:
Manages case assignment for team Engages and maintains community partnerships with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and access to services Conducts initial assessment when there is no clinical assessor available Makes introductory contact with persons served within 15 days of initial/first session Makes introductory contact with all referring professionals to within 30 days of the initial/first session Routinely contacts all individuals and families, no less than at intake and quarterly thereafter, to solicit feedback about satisfaction with services Provides Crisis monitoring and tracking to include aftercare reviews Attends court hearings, or client-related meetings in the community as needed and applicable Monitors utilization of the caseloads of assigned team members Provides consultation for crisis situations with team members Reviews clinical documentation of assigned team members and makes recommendations and approvals as needed This description outlines the general scope and level of work for this role. Compensation This role is compensated on a salaried basis, providing consistent earnings aligned with the responsibilities and expectations of the position.
Compensation:
$64,980 - $83,441 Placement within the range is based on licensure level, education, and experience. Education:
Master's degree in a counseling-related field required.
Licensure:
Must hold or be eligible for an independent professional license (LPC, LISW-CP, LMFT).
Experience:
At least 1 year in a clinical role; knowledge of ethical practices, informed consent, and trauma-informed care.
