Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA Clinical Director to lead a growing onsite, clinic-based ABA program in Riverdale, GA. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a structured clinical setting, enjoys wearing many hats, and is passionate about making a meaningful impact in themunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a team leader, guiding and supporting clinical staff in a clinic setting Oversee a personal caseload, including maintaining billable hours and ensuring high-quality care Ensure proper implementation of ABA therapy and individualized treatment plans Oversee clinic scheduling to support efficient daily operations Conduct onsite tours for prospective client families, showcasing the clinic and services Provide training, education, and ongoing support to client families Maintain professional decorum across the clinic and ensure smooth day-to-day operations Step into multiple roles as needed, demonstrating flexibility and leadership

Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification (required) Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field Minimum of 2 years of clinical BCBA experience Strong leadership and team management experience Excellentmunication skills with families and staff Passion formunity impact and patient-centered care Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced clinic environment Reliable transportation

Pay Details:
