Build Something That Matters. We're partnering with a growing ABAanization seeking a hands-on BCBA Clinical Director to lead a clinic-based program in Riverdale, GA. This is an opportunity to step into a visible leadership role w you're not stuck behind a desk—you're actively shaping clinical quality, mentoring your team, and making a direct impact on children and families every day. What You'll Own Lead and mentor a team of BCBAs and RBTs in a structured clinic setting Maintain a manageable caseload while ensuring clinical excellence Oversee implementation of individualized treatment plans and ABA best practices Drive day-to-day clinic operations, including scheduling and workflow efficiency Partner with families—providing education, support, and a great experience from day one Conduct onsite tours and represent the clinic to prospective families Foster a positive, accountable, and professional team environment Step in w needed—this is a true player-coach leadership role What Makes This Role Different Clinic-based model

• focus on quality care, not just volume What You Bring Active BCBA certification (required) Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field 2+ years of clinical BCBA experience Leadership experience (formal or informal—mentoring counts) Strongmunication skills with both staff and families Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinic setting Passion for delivering meaningful, patient-centered care The Right Fit You're a present, engaged leader who leads by example.

Pay Details:
