What We're Looking For:
A compassionate, patient-focused professional who enjoys building relationships A detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment Experience in a dental, orthodontic, or healthcare setting preferred Proficiency in CRM software (training available) Strong customer service and communication skills—your warmth will help patients feel at ease Ability to multitask and stay organized while handling multiple patient inquiries Comfortable with both phone-based and written communication A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
