Skilled Nursing Industry Pay Structure:
Base Salary plus Generous commission structure We are a growing Skilled Nursing Facility ownership and operations company seeking a highly motivated Healthcare Acquisitions & Business Development Manager to help drive strategic growth and expansion. This is an exciting opportunity for an outgoing, relationship-driven professional who is comfortable networking, making outbound calls, and developing industry connections within the long-term care space. In this role, you will work directly with ownership and leadership to identify acquisition opportunities, build relationships with nursing home owners and operators, and support overall business development efforts.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls and outreach to nursing home owners, operators, brokers, and healthcare professionals Identify skilled nursing facilities that may be interested in selling or partnering Build and maintain relationships throughout the long-term care industry Generate and track acquisition leads and opportunities Schedule meetings and introductions with ownership groups and decision makers Assist with market research and strategic growth initiatives Maintain organized reporting and follow-up pipelines Represent the company professionally in all communications and networking opportunities
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable making outbound cold calls and developing relationships Highly motivated, organized, and self-driven Sales, healthcare, real estate, recruiting, or business development experience preferred Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a major plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
