This pivotal role combines leadership, operational oversight, and administrative expertise to ensure seamless patient access, accurate medical records management, and compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a supervisory capacity, possess strong medical office experience, and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to optimize clinic operations and enhance patient satisfaction. Duties Supervise and support front desk staff Maintain inventory and office supplies for front office operations Coordinate daily patient check-in and check-out processes Monitor patient wait times and workflow efficiency Verify insurance eligibility and ensure accurate patient information Handle patient concerns, complaints, and service recovery Train, coach, and evaluate front office employees Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards Assist with billing coordination and prior authorizations as needed Prepare schedules, reports, and office performance metrics Ensure office policies and procedures are followed Coordinate communication between providers, staff, and patientsQualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or health care administration or equivalent work experience.Experience:
Experience in multi-provider or specialty practicesPerformance Requirements:
Knowledge:
Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems Strong communication and organizational skillsSkills:
