Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive seamless and personalized care. Your energetic approach will help foster a welcoming environment, coordinate appointments, manage patient records, and support clinical staff to deliver exceptional healthcare experiences. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in procedures Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently Collect and verify patient information, ensuring accuracy in medical records Communicate clearly with patients regarding treatment plans, insurance details, and follow-up care Maintain organized patient files and ensure confidentiality in compliance with privacy regulations Support clinical staff by preparing patient charts and managing administrative tasks Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service Coordinate with insurance companies for authorizations and billing inquiries Assist in managing office supplies and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment Experience Proven experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting Familiarity with medical terminology to accurately communicate with patients and staff Strong background in medical administrative support, including scheduling and record management Office experience demonstrating organizational skills and multitasking ability Dental office experience is a plus but not required; relevant healthcare experience is essential Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally Join us as a Patient Care Coordinator and be part of a team committed to delivering compassionate, efficient healthcare. Pay:
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
