RenewAll Orthodontics | Smyrna, GA RenewAll Orthodontics is a modern, growing boutique orthodontic practice focused on personalized care, advanced technology, and an exceptional patient experience. We are looking for an energetic, organized, and personable Patient Care Coordinator to join our team and grow with our practice. This role will initially focus on front desk coordination and patient communication, with the opportunity to transition into a Treatment Coordinator role as training and experience develop. Responsibilities Welcome patients and families with warmth and professionalism Answer phones, texts, and patient inquiries Schedule appointments and manage patient flow Verify insurance benefits and assist with claim submission Collect payments and review financial arrangements Follow up with prospective patients and pending treatment plans Support an organized, hospitality-driven office environment Assist with patient education and communication Growth Opportunity As the practice continues to expand, this role offers the opportunity to grow into a Treatment Coordinator position involving: New patient consultations Treatment presentation Financial coordination Same-day starts Case acceptance support Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and professional demeanor Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team player with a willingness to learn and grow Dental or orthodontic experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate Why Join RenewAll Orthodontics?
