TREATMENT AND INSURANCE COORDINATOR

Full-time position in Suwanee, GA.

Perform duties including:

present and explain dental treatment plans; verify insurance eligibility and benefits; submit and follow up on claims and pre-authorizations; coordinate patient financing and payment arrangements; answer patient questions regarding coverage and costs; assist with scheduling and follow-up for unscheduled treatment; collaborate with clinical team to ensure accurate estimates; support administrative operations to ensure efficient patient experience.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; 4 years of experience in dental field, including 2 years in a dental administrative role;

EFDA/EDDA

certification required; experience with Open Dental practice management software and Dexis imaging systems; strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; bilingual in Spanish or Korean required.
