Job Description

Job Summary Mosaic Psychological Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Testing Coordinator to support our growing psychological practice. This position involves working directly with patients of all ages to administer and score psychological assessments, support clinicians, and maintain accurate clinical data. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced, supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities Administer standardized psychological testing (training provided) Monitor patients during testing sessions to ensure compliance with procedures Score assessments and enter results accurately into patient records Perform data entry and maintain organized clinical documentation Prepare testing materials and records for psychological evaluations Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain strict patient confidentiality Communicate clearly with patients, families, and clinical staff Assist with front office or administrative tasks as needed Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working with children, adolescents, and adults Work Environment Fast-paced psychological/medical office Team-oriented and supportive staff Structured workflow with opportunities for cross-training Ideal Candidate Traits Dependable and punctual Detail-oriented and accurate People-focused and professional Flexible and adaptable Calm under pressure
