What You'll Be Doing Manage the daily schedule: booking, confirming, and keeping appointments running on time Check patients in and out, collect payments, and keep account records accurate Follow up with patients who are due for appointments or falling behind on their care plan Answer phones and respond to patient questions in person and by email with warmth and clarity Handle intake documentation and ensure it is complete before the patient reaches the provider Support day-to-day operations and keep the front of house organized between patients What We're Looking For Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and finds it energizing, not draining Strong attention to detail: you catch errors before they become problems Able to manage a busy, patient-facing environment without losing composure

Compensation:

$45,000 to $55,000 depending on experience
