BCBA/ Clinic Director

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dynamic BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) / Clinic Director to lead our behavioral health team dedicated to improving the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. Duties Lead clinical teams in delivering evidence-based behavioral therapy, including ABA interventions, tailored to each individual's needs. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake procedures to determine appropriate treatment strategies. Oversee data collection processes meticulously to monitor progress, adjust interventions, and ensure measurable outcomes. Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and staff, fostering professional growth and adherence to ethical guidelines. Manage medical documentation, including medical records, treatment plans, progress notes, and HIPAA-compliant patient records. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards related to behavioral health, medical documentation, and privacy laws such as HIPAA. Coordinate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to facilitate effective communication and support for clients' development goals. Oversee clinic operations including scheduling, resource allocation, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for clients with autism and other disabilities. Experience Certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) is required; previous experience in a clinical or supervisory role is highly preferred. Demonstrated expertise in behavioral therapy techniques such as applied behavior analysis (ABA) for individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. Proven experience working directly with children or individuals with disabilities in clinical or educational settings. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and diagnostic evaluation methods relevant to behavioral health. Familiarity with data collection tools, medical records management systems, and HIPAA regulations ensuring confidentiality and compliance. Experience in special education environments or behavioral health clinics is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team effectively while maintaining high standards of patient care and clinical excellence. Pay:
