Job Description

Job Summary Life Rediscovery Center is seeking a qualified Clinical Administrator to provide clinical leadership, supervision, and oversight of behavioral health services. This position is responsible for ensuring high-quality clinical care through documentation review, staff supervision, and program oversight while maintaining compliance with Medicaid, CMO, and
DBHDD CORE
service standards. The Clinical Administrator will provide clinical supervision and oversight to all clinicians, including those working toward independent licensure. This role supports staff development, ensures quality clinical documentation, and promotes compliance with regulatory standards. This position may also include direct clinical service provision in addition to administrative and supervisory responsibilities. Responsibilities Clinical Oversight Provide clinical leadership and oversight for behavioral health services and programs. Ensure services align with evidence-based practices and
DBHDD CORE
service requirements. Monitor service delivery to ensure medical necessity and quality of care. Assist with program development and implementation of clinical best practices. Clinical Supervision Provide clinical supervision in accordance with Georgia licensing board requirements. Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to clinicians, ensuring adherence to agency policies, treatment standards, and ethical practice. Facilitate regular supervision sessions. Guide clinicians in ethical decision-making and appropriate clinical interventions. Maintain documentation of supervision sessions and hours as required for licensure and agency compliance. Documentation Review and Quality Assurance Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Medicaid and CMO insurance and DBHDD standards. Provide corrective feedback and coaching to clinicians to improve documentation quality. Ensure treatment plans, assessments, and progress notes meet medical necessity and billing requirements. Participate in internal quality assurance reviews and clinical audits. Direct Clinical Services Provide 8-10 hours of direct clinical services per week, which may include: Clinical assessments and treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all services provided. Staff Development and Support Provide consultation and guidance to clinical staff regarding service delivery and treatment planning. Support professional development and promote adherence to ethical and professional standards. Assist leadership in training initiatives and clinical competency development. Experience Active Georgia license as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT. Experience in community-based behavioral health services. Experience providing clinical supervision, documentation review, and clinical oversight. Knowledge of Medicaid documentation standards and
DBHDD CORE
services.
