Job Description

In most healthcare jobs, you learn to follow a set process. This role focuses on finding solutions. Many have already tried chiropractic care, physical therapy, injections, medications, or surgery, but still haven't found lasting relief. Our goal is to help patients understand why their issues return and to create a clear plan for recovery. As the Clinical Exam Coordinator, you'll play a key role in making this possible. You'll perform advanced movement assessments, assist with digital X-rays, collect diagnostic information, prepare reports, and ensure every patient feels welcome as soon as they arrive. What You'll Do You'll work directly with the doctor to help evaluate patients and gather the information needed to find the root cause of their condition.

Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming and preparing new patients for their evaluations Performing standardized movement and functional assessments Capturing posture analysis, body composition, and other diagnostic measurements Assisting with digital spinal X-rays Collecting, organizing, and documenting clinical findings Preparing reports for the doctor's review Assisting during patient consultations Educating patients throughout the evaluation process Supporting clinical procedures throughout the day Maintaining clinical equipment and treatment areas Delivering an exceptional five-star patient experience every visit What You'll Learn This is not your typical clinical assistant job. You'll receive hands-on training in: Human movement assessment Spinal biomechanics Functional stability evaluation Clinical reasoning Digital imaging systems Movement screening Patient communication Clinical technology Healthcare operations You'll learn to use advanced assessment tools like digital spinal X-rays, posture analysis, movement testing, body composition scanning, and functional performance evaluations. By the end of your first year, you'll have skills and experience that most entry-level healthcare workers don't get. What We're Looking For We don't expect you to know it all. Compensation & Benefits Starting Pay:

Monday:
7:30 AM•7:00 PM (2-hour lunch break)
Tuesday:
9:30 AM•7:00 PM (90-minute break)
Wednesday:
7:30 AM•3:30
PM Thursday:
9:30 AM•7:00 PM (90-minute break) Friday•
Sunday:
