Job Description
The Hawai'i Pacific Health Medical Group is comprised of over 700 employed physicians and advanced practice providers. Together with our four medical centers (Kapi'olani, Pali Momi, Straub, and Wilcox) and more than 50 convenient clinic locations statewide, our nonprofit health system is one of the state's largest health care providers. Our network of physicians and specialists work together to provide a distinctive and effective model of coordinated care for maintaining the health and wellness of our patients. This takes an Administration team dedicated to keeping everyday operations running smoothly so that we deliver the highest quality health care to our patients and their families. Whether you are an executive or an assistant, overseeing clinical operations or customer care, you help to provide essential services for our facilities and fiscal and organizational responsibility for the organization as a whole. As Manager, you will be responsible for the management of assigned cross-departmental and/or enterprise-wide projects. In addition, you will provide operational and strategic leadership to all personnel assigned to designated projects, manage operational issues affecting project implementation, and ensure effective integration of organization strategy, people, technology, and business processes. We are looking for someone with outstanding organizational and leadership skills and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai'i's people.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field, and/or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Four (4) years of progressive experience in a position with varied business and customer service functions.
Preferred Qualifications:
