Overview We are hiring Patient Intake Coordinators to support a healthcare team by scheduling new patients and helping coordinate dialysis care. This role is patient-facing and requires strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills. Responsibilities Receive new patient information from hospitals and clinics Call patients to schedule dialysis care Handle inbound calls from patients checking on appointments Manage cases in Salesforce and document updates Follow up with patients who haven't responded Track and close cases in the system What to Expect About 20 inbound calls per day Outbound calls vary (20-80 per day depending on workload) Daily use of Salesforce (CRM) and Cerner (EHR) Independent workload management is important Requirements 1+ year of customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality, or medical office) Experience working in a healthcare setting Strong communication and organizational skills Basic computer skills (Outlook, data entry) High school diploma or GED Nice to Have Prior patient scheduling or healthcare experience Dialysis experience Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.) Work Setup Hybrid or in-office role Must have reliable internet and a private workspace at home Team-focused environment with strong communication

Schedule Full-time:
