Duties:
Welcome patients with a warm and friendly attitude Schedule appointments and follow-ups with a touch of charm Keep patient records accurate and up-to-date Work closely with medical staff to keep everything running smoothly Handle patient inquiries, calls, and emails with a smile Verify insurance and process billing with ease Assist with various medical administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Experience in a medical office or similar setting is a plus Familiarity with medical terminology is beneficial Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
