Patient Care Coordinator Are you someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and being part of a team that truly makes a difference? WildBird Chiropractic & Wellness is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing wellness practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working closely with patients, and wants to grow into a long-term career in healthcare and wellness. No previous medical experience is required. We provide comprehensive training and mentorship. We are looking for someone who is dependable, positive, coachable, and excited to learn. What You'll Do Patient Experience & Care Coordination Welcome patients and help create an exceptional patient experience from check-in to check-out Coordinate scheduling and help manage daily patient flow Guide patients through their care plans and answer non-clinical questions Assist with wellness therapies and treatment protocols (training provided) Support providers with day-to-day patient care activities Patient Communication & Follow-Up Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling Follow up with prospective patients who have expressed interest in care Build rapport and maintain professional communication with new and existing patients Help ensure patients stay engaged and on track with their treatment plans Clinic Operations Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed Help maintain an organized, efficient, and positive clinic environment Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to support patient success What We're Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Comfortable speaking with people in person and over the phone Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Customer service, sales, hospitality, healthcare, or patient-facing experience is a plus Why Join WildBird?
