Medical Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator/ Sales

Job description Overview We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator to join our Urgent Care and Concierge Wellness Center. The ideal candidate should have experience or be willing to learn medical scheduling, managing medical records, billing, and providing exceptional customer service at the front desk. Responsibilities Manage incoming calls and emails, providing friendly and efficient assistance to patients and clients. Handle billing tasks, including processing payments and insurance claims with accuracy and attention to detail. Promoting and signing up concierge members for medical memberships, explaining benefits and assisting with sign-up processes. Maintain organized records of appointments, patient information, and billing transactions. Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and exceptional customer service experience. Following up on patient care plans Opening or closing clinic, helping with organizing office daily work flow Willing to learn about IV vitamin therapy, wellness treatments

Experience:
