Job Description

Clinic Pod Coordinator Full Time—72 hours per pay period Days worked could include Monday-Friday & Saturday clinic rotation Are you passionate about healthcare and enjoy working closely with a team to support patients and providers? Join us as a Pod Coordinator and help ensure the smooth daily operation of our clinic, providing critical support to our patients, staff, and providers.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate patient appointments, exams, referrals, and follow-ups Assist patients through the clinic, ensuring they get the care they need Support clinic nursing and providers with administrative and clerical tasks Work with electronic health records to track patient care gaps and monitor quality performance Help with population health initiatives by identifying patients due for wellness visits, tests, or preventive care Why Kossuth Regional Health Center? What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED 6+ months of experience in a medical office or clinical setting Strong computer skills and experience with multi-line phone systems Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy Employment contingent on successful background and pre-employment screenings.
