Iowa Endodontics P.C. is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk / Patient Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Welcome patients and create a positive first impression. Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments. Verify insurance benefits and collect patient information. Check patients in and out efficiently. Process payments and maintain accurate records. Coordinate with referring dental offices. Manage daily schedules and assist with administrative tasks. Help ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Attention to detail and reliability. Computer proficiency; dental software experience is a plus (TDO experience is preferred but not required). Previous dental or medical front office experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
