As Clinic Administrator, these leaders will partner with physician leaders in a dyad relationship to: Oversee day to day operations of multiple or larger regional clinics. Lead efforts to optimize clinic performance to ensure effective and efficient operations. Recruit, supervise, mentor, and develop clinic staff. Demonstrate sound fiscal management of clinic operations through budget planning and performance. Assure optimal use of regional resources to meet objectives. Participate in the provider recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes. Skills/Abilities Strong commitment to team, excellence, and patient experience. Qualifications Education/Experience Bachelor's degree required OR a combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree with experience in physician practice management preferred. Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) is a plus. 2-3 years of leadership experience Experience in accounts receivable, to include billing, collection, ICD-9 and CPT coding.
