  • Effective 7/1/26 About the role: The Clinical Services Branch Supervisor oversees the operations and management of public health clinical services, including immunizations, infectious disease testing and counseling, harm reduction, and refugee and immigrant health programs.
This position ensures fiscal compliance, supervises clinical staff, monitors program performance, and collaborates with internal and external partners. The Supervisor is responsible for grant oversight, inventory control, policy and procedure development, and ensures adherence to public health regulations. Directs the daily operations of the Clinical Services Branch including communicable disease services, immunizations, and refugee health programming. Supervises clinical and administrative staff, monitors assignments and productivity, and addresses staffing needs and professional development. Manages vaccine and harm reduction inventory, reviews and approves invoices, and ensures accurate ordering and supply distribution. Oversees and monitors grant compliance, expenditures, and reporting to state and federal agencies. Prepares monthly and quarterly reports and maintains documentation for internal use and external funding partners. Monitors employee time tracking in platforms such as Dayforce and ensures appropriate time off and compensation management. Tracks emerging infectious disease trends and recommends evidence-based mitigation and intervention strategies. Leads refugee and immigrant services, ensuring compliance with all federal and state examination protocols and facilitating community integration. Coordinates communication with local, state, and federal officials to align programming with public health goals and funding requirements. Collaborates with academic institutions to secure student nurses and build a future workforce. Bachelor's degree in nursing is required. Four (4) years of experience required including two (2) years of experience in successful grant management and resource development. An equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the required knowledge and skills for this position may be considered. Monday
