No Weekends, No Holidays, No Nights Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and patient-focused Clinical Assistant to join our growing orthopaedic team.
This position plays a key role in supporting physicians, coordinating patient flow, and ensuring an excellent patient experience in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a team setting, works efficiently under pressure, and is committed to delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities Room patients and obtain medical history and chief complaints Assist physicians during patient visits and procedures Prepare and maintain patient charts and documentation in EMR Coordinate clinic workflow and monitor patient flow for efficiency Provide patient education regarding procedures, post-op care, and treatment plans Assist with casting, splints, DME, and other clinical support duties Perform x-rays based on physician protocols (if applicable) Complete documentation for referrals, procedures, prescriptions, and testing Clean, stock, and maintain exam rooms and equipment Support prior authorizations and patient forms including FMLA and disability paperwork Ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient safety standards Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Active certification and/or license preferred:
CMA, LPN, RN, RT
