Hampton Clinic Leader

Full Time Clinic leadership position available in our Hampton Clinic. Involves and empowers staff to meet strategic, department and individual performance goals through coaching/mentoring staff. Acts as a liaison between hospital facility departments and clinic staff. Creates and maintains clinic staff and provider schedules. Knowledge of hospital-wide safety and infection control policies and procedures. Ability to analyze, understand rules and regulations as they apply to Iowa Specialty Hospital operations.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in leadership or clinical experience preferred. Quality experience or certification beneficial. BLS (Or 6 months from Hire) CMA or LPN certificate or
