This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing clinical programming, providing clinical supervision, ensuring regulatory compliance, and helping build a strong, mission-driven clinical culture from the ground up. The ideal candidate is a licensed LCSW or LPC in Iowa with prior inpatient treatment experience and a proven track record of clinical leadership and supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership and oversight for detox and residential levels of care Deliver required clinical supervision to licensed and associate-level clinical staff Ensure clinical services align with state regulations, accreditation standards, and evidence-based best practices Oversee clinical documentation, treatment planning, and discharge planning Collaborate with Medical, Nursing, and Operations leadership to support integrated care Assist with program development, policies & procedures, and clinical workflows for a new facility Monitor quality assurance, audits, and chart reviews Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of clinical staff Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to overall program growth and stability
Qualifications:
Active LCSW or LPC license in the state of Iowa (required) Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field Clinical supervision experience (required) Prior experience in an inpatient, residential, or detox treatment setting (preferred) Strong understanding of substance use treatment models and levels of care Knowledge of compliance, documentation standards, and clinical best practices Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
