In this role, you'll serve as a key operational leader within the clinic, helping coordinate workflows, support team performance, and maintain efficient day-to-day operations. Responsibilities Oversee daily clinic operations to support smooth, efficient workflows across the practice Supervise and support clinical and patient service team members, including onboarding and staff development Coordinate staffing schedules and help ensure appropriate coverage for clinic operations Serve as a resource for staff, providers, and patients to support communication and problem-solving Address day-to-day operational and employee concerns while partnering with leadership on complex matters Monitor key clinic metrics, support performance goals, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Assist with budgeting, expense management, and operational planning Promote compliance with regulatory, safety, privacy, and organizational standards Help foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, innovation, and excellent patient service

Qualifications Education:

Bachelor's degree RN/LPN/CMA or combination of education and experience required. License(s)/Certification(s): Valid driver's license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons. Must hold a current
