Clinical Manager :

Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the State of Iowa Coordinate care between clients and nurses, therapists Supervise Nurse Delegation program Serve as liaison between clients and primary care providers while coordinating care Receive referrals and assign to appropriate staff Maintain compliance with Medicare regulations and CHAP standards Experience with OASIS completion and Medicare compliance for home health Participate in Quality Improvement Performance Improvement practices Provide direct, high-quality care as needed to our valuable clients Some travel required in Cedar Valley area Benefits of the
