We are a family practice—Dr. Mike Louscher, Dr. Blake Louscher, Dr. Kate Louscher, Dr. Katie Louscher, and Dr. Dillon Schloerb. With 5 dentists, 7 hygienists, and a strong clinical and administrative team, we are looking to add a team member who can help us continue delivering an exceptional patient experience while supporting the growth of our practice. We pride ourselves on providing a different dental experience than most people are used to in an extremely high-tech and polished environment. If you take a look at our social media, you'll get a feel for our office atmosphere. This role is for someone looking to take their dental career to the next level and become a key part of both patient care and practice growth. This is not a traditional front desk position. We are looking for someone with strong dental experience and a solid understanding of dental insurance who can confidently help patients move forward with recommended treatment while also supporting our administrative team. The primary focus of this position is helping patients understand their treatment plans, insurance estimates, financial options, and next steps so they can move forward with care confidently. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping patients navigate the treatment process.
Responsibilities include:
  • Preparing insurance estimates and reviewing benefits with patients
  • Discussing treatment costs and financial options
  • Helping patients schedule recommended treatment
  • Following up with patients who have unscheduled treatment
  • Re-engaging patients after insurance estimates or prior authorizations have been completed
  • Helping ensure treatment plans do not fall through the cracks
  • Supporting overall patient communication and experience
  • Assisting with patient checkout when needed
  • Supporting scheduling, phones, and other front office responsibilities as needed This position will work closely with both our doctors and administrative team.
We are looking for someone who enjoys variety, works well in a team environment, and is willing to be cross-trained throughout the office.
The ideal candidate is:
  • Experienced in a dental office environment
  • Comfortable discussing dental insurance and treatment costs
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Personable and confident with patients
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

This position is
FULL-TIME.
Office hours are posted below and this role would need to be present 15-30 min after office hours to help with admin end of day tasks.
